Excellent location with big parking and kids play area. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious, functional bathroom. Comfortable bed and exceptionally large balcony. Super kind and helpful hosts. 5-7 min walk to beach and commercial street. Sand beach with shallow waters for kids. Good shopping and dining options. Cozy and comfortable choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Babis Studios 2. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and not too far from the shops and restaurants. the family who runs the studios were incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. the rooms were always kept clean and tidy, with fresh bedding and towels provided every 2 days. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and the effort put into maintaining the rooms. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I always return to this amazing place in Kalamaki. The staff helped me find a currency exchange at my first stay. It has everything Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Cookware, A/C, Outdoor dining. Coming back for Christmas!

Our stay at Babis Studios 2 was simply delightful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony offering a lovely view of the courtyard. Located in a peaceful area, we were just a short walk away from the beach and the vibrant street filled with restaurants. The warm and welcoming hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Although there were a few minor issues like a torn mesh screen and a worn-out cooker, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which was a must in the summer heat. The location was perfect, and we would definitely return in the future. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place.

amazing location, spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The exceptional large balcony provided a great view. The hosts were incredibly kind and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a much better choice than the crowded Laganas, with a beautiful beach and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay at Babis Studios. the beach was perfect for both adults and children, with soft sand and shallow water. the apartment was simple but comfortable, and we enjoyed the pleasant breeze that came in through the big window. the location was excellent, with a big inner yard for parking and kids to play. the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious and fully functional. the bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean. the highlight for us was the exceptional big balcony, where we spent many relaxing evenings. Plus, the hosts were super-kind and always ready to help and support us.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and the main road with all the shops and restaurants. The area was peaceful and not affected by the noise from the cars. The hotel had all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool, but we were able to use a nearby hotel's pool during our stay. The shower was effective but handheld, and the bathroom tended to get wet when in use.
